About Me
Hi, I’m Sonya Ross and I’m a voice coach. Since gaining my MA in Voice Studies at London’s Central School of Speech and Drama in 2006, I’ve been helping people of many backgrounds discover the full potential of their speaking voice.
I work with actors, artists, entrepreneurs, executives, finance professionals, lecturers, managers, musicians, retired people, students, teachers, people who speak English as a first and an additional language…and you?
I’m originally from the Highlands of Scotland. I lived in Paris for a short time and London for a long time. I fell in love with Hastings years ago and eventually made it my home in early 2022. These days, I work between London and Hastings, and online.
In my free time, I walk, sing*, read, write and travel and learn all I can about the human condition.
*I am not a singing teacher in any way but I enjoy singing for fun!

One-to-one voice training sessions are available in Hastings town centre, at your home or office, or even over Zoom if you prefer.
The fee for a one-hour one-to-one session is £60. Discounts are available for block bookings.
